This truly outstanding villa is set in a prestigious area of Calahonda with magnificent panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea.

Situated alongside other very exclusive properties the villa had been built to the owner’s specification and no expense has been spared in making it one of the most attractive properties in the area.

Accommodating up to 14 adults & children sharing. The villa boasts an added advantage for Grandparents who can enjoy the tranquility of the annex/apartment away from the younger generation especially in the mornings. Or it is simply a place to put your teenagers if you want them hidden away!

The villa has private tropical gardens with private heated pool (on request) and jacuzzi, pool table and table tennis table.

Bathrooms:

There are four bathrooms servicing seven bedrooms plus a cloakroom with toilet and basin.

Lounge:

There is a magnificent large lounge with Sky TV, pool table and extensive terraces leading to the sweeping stairway to the pool area, Jacuzzi and garden.

Kitchen:

There is a very large well equipped kitchen with seating for eight people. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob. It has a patio door leading to a small sun terrace; connected to the lounge terrace.

Terraces:

The main terrace is outside the lounge. Other terraces are situated outside the kitchen, top floor bedroom and the large veranda outside the master bedroom.

Dining Areas:

The sun terrace outside the lounge has square tables that can be combined to give seating for 14 people.

BBQ:

There are 2 BBQs at Villa Panoramica located on the 1st floor balcony.

TV:

There is a TV in the main lounge / snooker room with UK channels including BBC, ITV, C4, C5, Sky Sports, Sky Movies and BT Sports.

Utilities:

There is a washing machine in the kitchen, iron and ironing board.

Games:

There is a pool table in the lounge and a table tennis table on the ground floor veranda.

Jacuzzi Hot Tub:

There is a Jacuzzi seating 6 on the ground floor veranda with views to the Mediterranean Sea

Air Conditioning:

There is air conditioning in every room.

Heating:

Likewise, there is heating in every room although this is not often required. There is also under floor heating.

Music:

There is a CD player and discs. There is also an iPod speaker for you to use.

Internet:

The villa is connected to Fibre Optic Internet.

Pool

There is a heated (on request at £150 p/w) pool which is 8 x 4 metres in size.

Safe:

There is a combination safe for you to use.

Hairdryer

This is located in the Master Bedroom.

Linen and Towels

Bath towel and linen are provided. Additional beach towels can be hired from the agent.

Cot / High Chair Facilities

These can be provided but with an additional cost from the agent.

A safety gate and railings are installed to prevent Children from running into the Swimming Pool.
