 Equally outstanding is Villa Oceanica, situated
alongside Villa Panoramica.

The two villas can be rented individually or together as they are ideal for large parties.

Accommodating up to 14 adults & children sharing
with prices from £1,750 up to £3,300. p.w.

 – Highlights of Accommodation –

    • Large Master Bedroom that can only be described as a superb honeymoon suite with its own ensuite bathroom with free standing bath and walk-in shower.

    • One only has to open the patio door to step into the private swimming pool and jacuzzi.

    • There are also two other large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms that can be converted into a 4-bed and a 6-bed dormitory for families or young kids.

    • Pool table, table tennis, football goals and badminton

  • 3 doubles ( 1 is a massive master room with ensuite)

  • 4 twin ( one is round the side of villa attached but accessed via out side ie better suited to adults, this is ensuite it does have a spare third bed in there)

TV:

  • Villa Oceanica boasts UK channels including BBC, ITV, C4, C5, Sky Sports, Sky Movies and BT Sports.

Bathrooms:

  • There are four bathrooms servicing five bedrooms plus a cloakroom with shower, basin and toilet.  The main bedroom has a luxury stand alone bath tub and separate shower.

​

Lounge:

  • The villa has a magnificent large lounge with patio doors leading onto a large sun terrace with magnificent views to the sea.  The lounge has a dining area and large Smart TV, Sky Sports, Movies and UK TV.

​

Kitchen:

  • The villa has a very large kitchen with patio doors leading to the main terrace.  It is equipped with extensive units, built-in oven/hob and fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

​

Dining Areas:

  • There is a lovely dining table seating eight in the lounge.  There are also two tables on the sun terrace; one seats eight and the other four.

  • There are 2 BBQs located at the villa for your enjoyment.

Terraces:

  • There are two large terraces; one outside the kitchen and lounge on the first floor and the other outside the master bedroom on the ground floor leading to the swimming pool.

​

Music:

  • There is an IPod speaker for your use.

​

Internet:

  • The villa is connected to private exclusive Internet.

 

Pool:

  • There is a heated pool which is 12 x 6 metres in size. Please note that the pool is heated on request at £200 per week.

Hot Tub / Jacuzzi:

  • There is an 8 man jacuzzi in the garden/terrace area.

 

Safe:

  • There is a combination safe for you to use, located in the cupboard in the master bedroom.

 

Hairdryer:

  • This is located in the master bedroom.

​

Utility Room:

  • There is a separate utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Games Room:

  • As well as the pool table, There is a room at the back of the villa which has a table tennis table and stores the badminton and volley ball equipment for use in the garden.  There is also a football goal net which is great for the kids (and adults).

 

Air Conditioning:

  • There is air conditioning in each room.

Smoke Alarms:

  • These are located in all of the villas

​

Heating:

  • Likewise, there is also heating for the winter months although this is rarely required.

​

Linen and Towels:

  • Bath towels and linen are provided.  Additional beach towels can be rented from the agent.

        

Cot / High Chair Facilities:

  • These can be provided but with an additional cost from the agent. Please ask the agents about this in advance.
