Villa Atlantica is a stunning 3 storey villa boasting private tropical gardens, swimming pool and jacuzzi. It has 6 bedrooms in total with 10 beds accommodating 14 people.

Like the 2 other villas the garden creates complete privacy. But there is also a gate which can be unlocked if larger parties are renting Villa Panoramica and Villa Atlantica together.

The 3 bedrooms on the top floor leads guests out onto the balcony which offer a glorious view of the Mediterranean with 180 degree complete sun coverage throughout the day.

​

The villa also boasts a private swimming pool, jacuzzi and table tennis table but there is no swimming pool heating.

• Next to family room is games room with pool table and table tennis. There is also a sofa bed in this room (this is an additional to the 10 beds and 14 person accommodation).

Lounge:

• The villa has a magnificent large lounge with patio doors leading onto a large sun terrace with magnificent views to the sea.  The lounge has a dining area and large Smart TV, Sky Sports, Movies and UK TV.

Terraces:

• There are two large terraces; one outside the kitchen and lounge on the first floor and the other outside the master bedroom on the top floor balcony.

​

Music:

• There is an iPod speaker for your use.

​

Internet:

• The villa is connected to private exclusive Fibre Optic Internet.

 

Pool:

• There is a swimming pool which is 12 x 6 metres in size. Please note that the pool at Atlantica has no heating facility.

Hot Tub / Jacuzzi:

• There is an 8 man jacuzzi in the garden/terrace area - this is naturally heated and included in the price.

• There is air conditioning in each room.​

• These are located in all of the villas.

Heating:

• Likewise, there is also heating for the winter months although this is rarely required.

• Bath towels and linen are provided.  Additional beach towels can be rented from the agent.

        

Cot / High Chair Facilities:

• These can be provided but with an additional cost from the agent. Please ask the agents about this in advance.
